Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, it can be replaced or refunded.  Return postage and packaging is at the customer's expense.  The product can be exchanged or refunded provided that it is returned within 7 days from date of receipt, that it is in unworn condition condition and same as when they were received.

Please note: First replacement is sent free of postage charge, but subsequent ones are not.

Please e-mail us before you return the goods, telling us why you are returning the goods.  We will provide you the address and authorization for the return.

NOTE: Jackets that are personalized (special order sizing or lining) are Non-returnable.

IMPORTANT for customers outside the EU: When returning goods, please make sure you describe the goods on a Proforma Invoice form and the customs declaration form as follows: "1 leather jacket:  Returned to manufacturer for replacement/refund. Country of origin:  France." Without this description and a corresponding Proforma Invoice the package may be refused or held up at customs with any cost incurred being the sender's liability.
